This includes, but is not limited to images , text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our site. Any mediator or arbitrator or Enforcement department  must be a neutral party acceptable to both You and KTVK. The costs of any mediation or arbitration will be shared equally between You and KTVK strictly. Notwithstanding any other provision in these  Terms and Conditions, You and KTVK agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and bring an action for injunctive relief of intellectual property infringement. All the films in our site -Music Video clip or Songs /Series/Short Films/documentary/Feature  films/fIlm Costumes/Equipments  are solely in our own  product & copyright for the distribution or acquisitions purposes, we don't distribute or acquired any pornography or similar content in our site , strictly prohibited.

Severability:

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms & Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws , those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms & Conditions . All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these  Terms & Conditions will still be considered Valid.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 working  days   (Tuesday-Thursday-14:00-16.00 hrs only ) of delivery.

Return drop-offs are not accepted at our office.Reserved Rights Regarding Returns :We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"or fraud payments history . An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity of card payment  in our site ,we are not responsible , it's under the rules & regulation of European commission and card processor or payment Gateway - MC/Amex/Visa.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online only self pickup ) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. No refund after 8 days .

Non-Fashion items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
